2023/24 SEASON TICKETS – FAQS

24 Apr 2023 | Latest News, Ticket News

Further to the unveiling of Season Tickets ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, here is a summary of some of the most frequently asked questions.

When can I renew my Season Ticket?

Season Tickets can be renewed from Tuesday 11th April all the way up to 09:59 on Wednesday 26th April.

At 12:00 on Wednesday 26th April, all unrenewed tickets will be made available for general sale.

Season Tickets cover all home league matches. Tickets for other games will need to be purchased separately.

Will Season Tickets be linked with Memberships, as was the during our first season?

No. Season Tickets will be completely independent from Memberships – which will be on sale later in the summer.

How do I renew my Season Ticket?

All existing Season Ticket holders will be sent a renewal notification by email and by SMS.

These will be sent by close of business on Thursday 13th April and will contain a unique link that relates to the seats / stand that were purchased last season.

Simply, follow the online commands and purchase with a valid credit or debit card in order to renew.

I have not received the link to renew my Season Ticket – what should I do?

First of all, check your spam folders.

If no link can be located, email seasontickets@macclesfieldfc.com and we will resolve this for you.

Can I renew for another Season Ticket Holder?

This is possible, however you will need to get the bespoke link from them to be able to renew.

Can I renew my Season Ticket for a different seat / stand?

As the unique renewal link only allows you to secure exactly the same Season Ticket that you had last season, this will not be possible.

Any Season Ticket holder who would like to move their allocation will need to wait for the General Sale to commence at 12:00 on Wednesday 26th April.

I want to renew my Season Ticket, but the category that TicketCo are stating is wrong – how do I resolve this?

We will need to override TicketCo’s information in order to resolve this.

Email seasontickets@macclesfieldfc.com with details of the change in category and we will facilitate this for you.

Do Season Tickets need to be paid for by card?

The short answer to this is yes and as such, we are unable to accept cash or cheque payments.

This is due to TicketCo needing to reconcile all payments on a regular basis and as such, only debit / credit payments can be accepted.

I am a carer, do I need to pay for my Season Ticket this year?

No. Please come into the Club Offices with relevant identification and we will be able to sort this out for you.

Will I need to prove that I am eligible for a concessionary ticket?

All concessionary tickets are issued in respect of the supporter’s age on 13th August 2023.

Any supporter purchasing a concessionary ticket may be asked for proof of age at the turnstiles.

If this cannot be provided, then the Season Ticket will be suspended until the relevant verification has been shown.

What if I don’t want to renew?

If you do not want to renew your Season Ticket ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, then allow the renewal window to pass.

Your previous allocations will then be made available via general sale.

I didn’t have a Season Ticket last year, when will they be available via general sale?

All unrenewed tickets will be made available via General Sale at 12:00 on Wednesday 26th April.

Can I renew or purchase a new Season Ticket in instalments?

All Season Ticket renewals and new purchases must be made in full with a debit or credit card.

We are working on introducing an instalment option and will advise if we are successful in this.

I have bought a Season Ticket, but now want a refund – is this possible?

Under the Terms and Conditions associated with Season Ticket purchases, no refunds will be offered to anyone unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Simply wanting to change a seat allocation is not an exceptional circumstance and refund requests submitted for this reason will be politely declined.

Will I be issued with a physical Season Ticket card?

Every Season Ticket holder will be issued with a QR code via email, that will allow them to gain entry into the Leasing.com Stadium ahead of each of our 2023/24 league fixtures.

Last season, many supporters used this throughout the campaign and as such, we had many physical tickets that were not collected,

In a bid to reduce our plastic consumption, this year we will be offering all supporters the choice of whether or not they want to receive a physical Season Ticket in addition to their QR code.

At the point of purchase, you will be asked if you would like to receive a physical card and those who choose this option will receive one via post.

I have requested a physical Season Ticket, how will this be sent to me?

All supporters who have requested a physical Season Ticket will have theirs sent to them with a covering letter by post.

No Season Tickets will be available for collection from the Club.

When will Season Tickets be sent out?

QR codes will be issued shortly after purchase, whilst you can expect to receive your physical Season Ticket card no later than 7 days before the start of the 2023/24 campaign.

I am struggling with the renewal or purchase of my Season Ticket – can you help?

If you are struggling to renew or purchase your new Season Ticket, then please call into the Club Offices on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 – 15:00, when a staff member will assist you.
