FREDDIE SASS JOINS THE SILKMEN

25 Sep 2023 | Latest News, Men's First Team

Macclesfield FC are pleased to have agreed terms with defender Freddie Sass from National League North side Southport FC on a one-month loan deal.

Predominantly a left back, Sass can play in a number of positions across the backline and provides great versatility to The Silkmen backline.

Sass’s previous clubs include Stalybridge Celtic, Tadcaster Albion and Mossley before making the move to Southport from The Lilywhites.

Freddie was a part of The Silkmen Academy setup before making his first senior move to Egerton FC in The Cheshire League.

Everyone at Macclesfield Football Club would like to wish Freddie every success during his time at the club.

Subject to FA and League approval.
