Preview: Prescot Cables (H)

13 Aug 2024 | Latest News, Match Preview

The Silkmen return to the Leasing.com Stadium this evening for our first home league game against Prescot Cables.

Robbie Savage’s side come into the game in high spirits following Luke Duffy’s last winner against Worksop Town over the weekend.

A courageous defensive display from The Silkmen helped limit Worksop to few chances on goal and provided many pleasing aspects ahead of our first home clash.

Prescot were promoted via the Northern Premier League West Play Offs back in May and started their campaign with a 0-0 draw over Matlock Town on Saturday.
