Macclesfield FC are delighted to announce that John Askey will be bringing his York City side to the Leasing.com Stadium for a pre-season friendly on Saturday 23rd July.

The Minstermen secured promotion to the National League recently and will provide tough opposition for Danny Whitaker’s side as they prepare for their first season in the Northern Premier League – West Division.

The match will kick-off at 15:00, with ticket prices and full pre-match build-up to be advised in due course.

We would like to thank John for agreeing to the fixture and look forward to seeing him ahead of what promises to be an entertaining contest.
