TUESDAY EVENING’S FRIENDLY AGAINST MATLOCK TOWN HAS BEEN CANCELLED

17 Jul 2022 | Latest News

After careful consideration from both Clubs, Macclesfield FC can confirm that Tuesday evening’s pre-season friendly fixture against Matlock Town has been cancelled.

This decision has been made in light of the Met Office’s weather warnings that will be in place.

Whilst we are all disappointed that the game will not go ahead, the health and safety of our players, staff, and supporters must remain paramount at all times.

We will be speaking with TicketCo tomorrow in order to arrange refunds for all previously purchased match tickets.

Our next home game will therefore be on Thursday evening, when Huddersfield Town visit the Leasing.com Stadium.

Tickets are available now via the link HERE.
