MATCH PREVIEW: MACCLESFIELD V RAMSBOTTOM UNITED

09 Dec 2022 | Match Preview

The Silkmen return to the Leasing.com Stadium tomorrow afternoon, as David McNabb’s side contest their final hime league game before Christmas.

After clinching a 5 – 0 victory in Lancashire back in September, the lads will be looking to record a league double over The Rams and extend their three-point lead at the top of the division.

Ramsbottom come into the game residing in nineteenth position, having accumulated fifteen points from their opening eighteen matches.

They suffered a 2 – 1 home defeat at the hands of City of Liverpool last Saturday – with James Steele and Adam Hughes both scoring within injury-time.

TEAM NEWS

Forward Kane Drummond remains suspended for tomorrow afternoon’s game, but David McNabb has no new injury concerns ahead of the match.
