MATCH PREVIEW: MACCLESFIELD V HANLEY TOWN

The Silkmen return to the Leasing.com Stadium this afternoon, for what should be a Christmas cracker against Hanley Town.

Neil Danns takes charge of his side for the very first time in the league and there can be no doubt that the lads will take much confidence from their Cheshire Senior Cup victory against Hyde United last time out.

Hanley are currently fourteenth in the Northern Premier League West Division – having accumulated twenty points from their opening eighteen games.

They come into the game on the back of a 1 – 1 draw against Chasetown in the Staffordshire Senior Cup.

The Blues progressed 4 – 2 on penalties.

TEAM NEWS

Marcelo Pitaluga continues to be ruled out due to an ankle ligament injury and Kane Drummond sits out through suspension.
