11 May 2026

It’s been a busy few weeks to begin May for our Junior Academy. Here is our review of some of the key events that have taken place.

Our U7’s were involved in the Manchester Youth Super League Final (MYSL) on Sunday. They were Runners-Up on the day, but a fantastic achievement to say the least.

Last Tuesday, our U9’s and U10’s took part in friendly matches at the Leasing.com Stadium against Playmakers for whom we thank for the fixtures.

It has certainly been a busy week for our U9’s as they were in action this Sunday against UK Sports here at the Leasing.com Stadium.

Silverware was on the bill for our U11 Selects who won the Sunday MYSL Division Two Manchester Cup on Sunday. A massive congratulations to the whole team for a great achievement.

Our U14 Blues squad were invited to the Mornflake Stadium, home of Crewe Alexandra, on Friday to take on the Alex’s Development Squad. Another great experience to be able to play at the stadium of an EFL side.

Finally, there were further celebrations, this time for our U16 Blues who became Champions of the East Manchester Junior Football League Division Three. A massive congratulations in securing league glory especially with games to spare.
