Macclesfield FC Women’s First Team compete in the North West Women’s Regional League representing a club with
strong ambition, clear identity, and a commitment to long-term growth within the women’s game. Based at the iconic
Leasing.com Stadium, we provide a professional and supportive environment designed to help players perform and
develop to their highest level.

Our programme is built around high standards both on and off the pitch, combining excellent facilities, qualified
coaching, and a clear pathway for progression.

Elite facilities

All training and home fixtures take place at the Leasing.com Stadium, offering a professional match-day and training
environment. Players also benefit from weekly strength and conditioning sessions delivered at our on-site gym,
ensuring physical development is a key part of the programme.

Qualified, player-focused coaching

Our coaching team is made up of dedicated staff holding a minimum UEFA C Licence, delivering structured, highquality sessions with a clear focus on individual and team development.

Performance analysis & development

We utilise Veo camera technology to record every fixture, providing players with detailed post-match analysis, clips,
and tactical feedback to support continuous improvement.

Ambition & proven success

Since forming in 2020, our women’s squad has progressed rapidly. The 2023/24 season marked a major milestone, with the First Team securing a league and cup double, winning the Cheshire Women’s & Youth Football League
Premier Division alongside lifting the Cheshire Challenge Cup. This success reflects the club’s ambition to continue
climbing the pyramid.
