The Silkmen continue their Pre-Season schedule tomorrow as Cheadle Town are the visitors to the Leasing.com Stadium.
John Rooney’s side have had a hard week’s work in the heat, but will be looking to continue adding minutes into the tanks ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Cheadle Town of the Midland Football League are the visitors in a late addition to our Pre-Season schedule.
Last time out the Silkmen defeated Hyde United 3-0 thanks o]to a handful of goals from trialists, whereas Town were on the wrong end against FC United of Manchester.

Tickets for all of our Pre-Season friendlies will be available for purchase on the gate.
Card sales will be available at all turnstiles (bar Star Lane which is closed) and we are advising anyone wanting to pay cash, to enter through Academy Reception.
Tickets are priced as follows, with a discount for 2026/27 season ticket holders –
Adult: £8 / £5
Concession: £6 / £3
Student: £3 / £2
U18: £3 / £2
U12: FREE
Disabled: £3 / £2
Carer: FREE
Disabled and Carer tickets can only be claimed from our Club Reception on the production of relevant identification.
Please note – all concession tickets will be asked to provide relevant identification upon entry to the ground.
An adult must accompany all Under-12s.
TEAM NEWS
The Silkmen are likely to field two separate XI’s similar to last Saturday’s fixture against Hyde United.
A number of trialists are likely to be fielded as well as our First Team squad.
MATCH ARRANGEMENTS
Star Lane Turnstiles will be closed for this fixture, so home supporters will need to enter via Fan Zone or via Bar Twenty Seven.
Traveling fans will enter the Stadium via the turnstiles located in between the Silkmen Terrace and the Besseges Stand.
With the warm temperatures expected tomorrow, please make sure you remain hydrated at all times and make sure you apply sun cream where appropriate.
We would also like to remind supporters to please park respectfully in and around the vicinity of the Stadium and take care when arriving and leaving the ground.
