Macclesfield FC are delighted to announce the signing of winger Veron Parny following a successful trial with the Club.
The 26-year-old caught the eye of the Silkmen management team during our pre-season campaign with his pace and directness on the right flank.
Originally from France, Veron came to study in the UK, where he studied in Manchester at age 19 and is a product of the Pascal Chimbonda College course.
After originally playing for French side AAS Sarcelles, a Club with a history of developing players to play in France’s top divisions, his first taste of football in England came in the North West Counties as he signed for Wythenshawe Town.
After impressing at Ericstan Park in the back end of the 2022/23 season, he was snapped up by Clitheroe in the Northern Premier League Division One West.
Veron scored seven goals in sixteen games during his time in Lancashire before he was on the move again as he caught the eye of Bury, who signed the winger.
The winger boasts a promotion with the Shakers on his CV and has definitely shown his talent in a number of the Silkmen’s recent pre-season friendlies.
Join us in wishing Veron a very warm welcome to the Leasing.com Stadium and wish him every success in Silkmen colours.
