We have an exciting position opening up at Bar Twenty Seven, as we are recruiting for a Bar Operations Supervisor.
Working alongside the other Bar Operations Supervisor to jointly lead the bar team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective running of the bar operation across both matchdays and non-matchdays.
Reporting to: Deputy CEO and General Manager
Main Objectives:
- To supervise and support all bar operations across Bar Twenty Seven and Stadium Outlets
- Ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the department.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service, presentation, and product quality.
- Supervise the bar team and ensure customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.
- To ensure the bars are fully prepared, appropriately stocked and operationally ready for all matchdays, events, functions and normal trading.
The role will work alongside the other Bar Operations Supervisor, with both roles operating at the same level but with clearly defined areas of responsibility.
