The Silkmen return to the Leasing.com Stadium on Saturday afternoon for an Enterprise National League North fixture against South Shields
It’s second vs fourth in the early stages of the Enterprise National League North season, and it is set to be an entertaining clash between two strong sides.
The Silkmen will be looking to build some momentum from their Emirates FA Cup replay over Scarborough Athletic courtesy of a Danny Elliott brace.
The Mariners will be looking to go one step further than their play-off heartbreak over Kidderminster Harriers last season. Firstly, they will be looking to make a return to winning ways in the league after defeat to Brackley Town last time out.
