TRE PEMBERTON ARRIVES AT THE LEASING.COM STADIUM

20 May 2022 | First Team

Macclesfield FC are delighted to announce the signing of pacey forward Tre Pemberton, who has joined the Club from Northern Premier League side, Stafford Rangers.

The 23-year-old has agreed an initial one-year contract at the Leasing.com Stadium – with the Club having the option to extend this by a further twelve months.

Tre began his career at Blackburn Rovers, where he progressed through the youth ranks all the way up to Under-18 level.

Whilst at Ewood Park, Tre caught the eye of Stoke City and would ultimately sign for The Potters in 2017.

A key member of the Under-23s squad, Tre enjoyed two fruitful years at the bet365 Stadium, before joining FC United of Manchester in 2019.

After two seasons that were decimated by the Covid-19 pandemic, Tre then made the move to Marsten Road.

Tre made twenty appearances for Stafford in all competitions and we are delighted that he has agreed to join The Silkmen ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

Please note that Tre’s signing is subject to both Football Association and Northern Premier League ratification.
