A number of our Youth Academy and U23 players were involved in senior football over the weekend as our pathway grows at Macclesfield FC.

It was a great day at the office for Sam Elliott and Kerr Dollochin as they both made their debuts for Winsford United. Both came off the bench as Winsford made history by defeating Prestwich Heys 2-1 to reach the Last 32 of the Isuzu FA Vase, with Elliott grabbing an assist for the home side.

Joe Nicholson made his debut for Cheadle Town; however was on the wrong end of a 2-1 score line against Stockport Town in the NWCFL Premier Division.

Aaron Grewal was in the Starting XI for Barnton AFC as they were defeated at home by New Mills.

Fin Foote and Nathan Brown both came off the bench for Foley Meir as they picked up three points away at Alsager Town. Jayden Kirk started for Mark Lawton’s side.

David Kosatik started for Stone Old Alleynians and played 60 minutes as they were beaten at home by Brocton FC.
