February provided another demanding, though enjoyable month for the Silkmen, beginning initially with back-to-back convincing victories in the Enterprise National League North against both Kidderminster Harriers and Leamington, ahead of the whirlwind that was our Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round tie against Brentford at the Leasing.com Stadium. Defeated only by a Sam Heathcote own goal, otherwise delivering a performance and evening to be proud of. A further 4-0 thrashing of Kings Lynn followed, before AFC Fylde returned the favour on home turf and finally finishing the month with a two all draw away against Scarborough Athletic at their temporary home, Bridlington Town.
