The Silkmen head to the seaside tomorrow evening as we visit AFC Fylde in the Enterprise National League North. 

Supporters are encouraged to buy their tickets in advance, and hopefully, we can see a strong following from the Silkmen faithful.

For those travelling to Mill Farm, here is some of the key information you may need.

About the Club – Founded – 1988, Nickname – The Coasters, Manager – Craig Mahon, Ground – Mill Farm, Capacity – 6,000, 2024/25 POS – 23rd NL

Public Transport – The closest bus stop to the ground is approximately a 5-minute walk from the centre of the site. Kirkham and Wesham Railway Station is roughly half a mile away; a comfortable walking distance. The station is operated by Northern Rail with approximately six services per hour in each direction. The No. 61 bus service offers a service every 30 minutes and connectivity through Blackpool – Preston – Kirkham.

By Car – Access to the site via the A585 is less than 1 mile from the M55 Junction 3 to the north, which leads to Blackpool to the west and Preston and the M6 to the east. To the south, the A585 Fleetwood Road forms the Kirkham and Wesham Bypass and connects with the A583 Blackpool Road, the main route between Blackpool and Preston.

There is car parking available at the ground for visiting supporters and there is plenty of street parking available in the local area.

Arrangements – There is segregation in place for tomorrow’s fixture in West Lancashire. Silkmen supporters can purchase tickets in Block A of the West Stand for seating or the South Terrace for Standing. Supporters are encouraged to buy in advance, however there will be the ability to buy and the gate. There is parking available at the ground, parking is free of charge on a first come first served basis until the main car park is full. An overflow car park will then be made available for £5.

Food and Drink – Outlets serving hot and cold refreshments are located around the grounds.
