The Silkmen head North West to Warrington for our next pre-season friendly away at Warrington Town this evening.

For those heading to Cantilever Park, here is all the key information you need to know.

Warrington Town, Cantilever Park, Common Lane, Warrington, WA4 2RS

About the Club – Founded – 1949, Nickname – The Yellows, Manager – Paul Carden, Ground – Cantilever Par, Capacity – 3,094, 2025/26 POS – 14th (NPL)

Public Transport – The nearest train station to Cantilever Park is Warrington Bank Quay. From here, it is just over a 30-minute walk to the stadium. Warrington Bank Quay is serviced by trains from Manchester Piccadilly, with departures from Macclesfield at 6 minutes past and 17 minutes past every hour in adequate time to make connections to Bank Quay.

By Car – Head North through Adlington before joining the A555, eventually merging on to the M56 in a Westerly direction until exiting at junction 9 and then follow the signposts for A50 (Warrington). Head down Grappenhall Road before crossing the Manchester Ship Canal Bridge. Once you are over the bridge, turn left immediately, and Cantilver Park will soon appear on the right.

Parking – There is free parking outside the ground, but there are limited spaces. However, there are plenty of street parking options for visiting fans. Warrington advises fans to be “considerate to local residents” when parking on match days. The ground is located just off Loushers Lane, which is in the Latchford area of Warrington.

Parking bays are now marked on the northern side of this road – it is not recommended that you park on the southern side (the side closest to the ground) due to various restrictions in place.

Arrangements – Away tickets must be purchased in advance for this fixture via the following link: https://warringtontownfc.co.uk/i/tickets/33

This match is not segregated, with fans able to watch from wherever they wish within the stadium given the unrestricted access upon admission to the ground.

Food and Drink – Hot and cold refreshments will be available for visiting supporters inside the ground.
