It was a memorable day yesterday for everyone associated with Macclesfield Football Club as John Rooney’s side booked their spot in the Third Round Draw with an Extra-Time win against Slough Town.
Goals from Danny Elliott, a worldie from James Edmondson, and a rocket from Regan Griffiths now mean that the Silkmen will mix it with the big boys in the next round.
