It was a warm one for the lads yesterday as they hit the track at the start of Week Two of Pre-Season.
The lads were firmly put through their paces by Strength and Conditioning Coach Nick Smith, as there were a lot of tired bodies by the end.
A mix of agility work, short sprints, and cross-country runs got the lads sweating.
