Macclesfield FC can confirm that midfielder Harry McHugh has departed the Leasing.com Stadium, following the expiration of his contract.
The 23-year-old, who originally joined the Silkmen from Wigan Athletic in late March, made three appearances towards the end of the 2025/26 National League North season for the Silkmen, featuring from the bench against South Shields and starting twice against both Spennymoor Town and Radcliffe.
Both parties agreed following discussions for McHugh’s deal not to be extended and departs Macclesfield as a free agent.
