Amidst all the chaos yesterday, we crowned a new record appearance holder for Macclesfield Football Club.

Lewis Fensome came off the bench late on in our Enterprise National League North eliminator against Chester to bring up his 187th appearance in Silkmen colours!

Fensome passes Laurent Mendy at the top of the appearance tree for Macclesfield FC since he joined the Silkmen from Lancaster City.

Some key moments at some crucial time his seen Lewis mark himself as a Silkmen legend, and has always been a popular figure amongst his teammates.

A true Silkmen legend, congratulations Fenners.
