LOAN AND DUAL REGISTRATION ROUNDUP – 18TH APRIL

20 Apr 2026

It was a weekend where survival was secured, and promotion hopes were dashed as a number of our Loan and Dual registered were in action on Saturday.

It was an afternoon to forget for Peterborough Sports and Elliot Whitehouse. They were inflicted with a heavy defeat away at Worksop Town, where the midfielder was sent off in the first half.

In the Northern Premier League Premier Division, Hyde United made a massive dent in FC United of Manchester’s title hopes as they secured a 1-0 victory at Broadhurst Park. Dontai Gabidon started for Michael Clegg’s side in a victory which secured their place at Step Three for next season.

It was a tough one to take for Sam Elliott and Kerr Dollochin at Winsford United. They fell to a 4-2 defeat at home to 1874 Northwich in their Play-Off Semi Final, where Elliott and Dollochin both came off the bench for the Blues.

It has been great to see so many of our young, emerging players make their first steps into Men’s Football this season. A massive thank you to all the Clubs that have accommodated our players and provided them with a platform to progress.
