Macclesfield FC are delighted to confirm the signing of winger Isaac Buckley-Ricketts from Curzon Ashton for an undisclosed fee.

The pacey, direct winger was an ever present for The Nash scoring on 12 occasions last season in all competitions.

The 27 year old was also on the scoresheet in the dying embers as the Silkmen knocked out Curzon on penalties in the Isuzu FA Trophy last season.

A product of the Manchester City Academy, Buckley-Ricketts was also an England U18, U19 & U20 International upon leaving the Etihad Stadium.

Loan moves to FC Twente and Oxford United followed before a permanent move to Peterborough United in 2018 before his release at the end of the 18/19 season.

Buckley-Ricketts signed for Southport in 2021 before a loan to Warrington Town where he was part of the side who won the Northern Premier League play offs.

After impressing at Cantilever Park, he joined on a permanent basis and was named in the National League North Team of the Season in 22/23 in his first full season in the division.

Everyone at Macclesfield FC is delighted to have Isaac on board, and we wish him a successful time at the Leasing.com Stadium.
