MATCH PREVIEW: AFC CREWE WOMEN VS MACCLESFIELD FC WOMEN

Macclesfield Women’s First Team continue their search for a first win of the season on Wednesday 27th August away at AFC Crewe.

Despite a battling performance, the ladies fell to a narrow 2-0 defeat at home to Liverpool Feds Reserves on Sunday afternoon and will be eager to bounce back with a win on Wednesday evening.

Again, this won’t be without a really strong challenge which AFC Crewe pose, though the Women will have the desire to turn recent results on their head and secure that much needed first three points in the North West Women’s Regional League Division One South.

As ever, they will require your support in numbers to push them towards that first victory at Wood Park.

Kick off is at 19:30 with admission price set at £3 for all wishing to attend.

The two sides will look to learn a lot about the other tonight as they face each other back to back with the reverse fixture taking place on Sunday 31st August at the Leasing.com Stadium.

We wish the ladies the very best of luck this evening and hope that they can take all six points from Crewe in five days.

The line-up and full time score will be published at the relevant times on the Club’s social media outlets, followed by a post match report.
