A place in The Emirates FA Cup First Round is at stake as Macclesfield FC make the trip to Derbyshire to take on National League North outfit Alfreton Town.

Mark Duffy’s side will be hoping to bounce back after Tuesday night’s defeat away at league leaders Radcliffe FC.

The Silkmen have beaten Whickham, Buxton, and Warrington Rylands so far to reach this stage but face a stern test in the form of The Reds.

Town currently sits eighth in The National League North and narrowly beat Emley AFC to reach this stage of the competition.
