Macclesfield FC return to Derbyshire to take on National League North side Alfreton Town for the second time this season. 

The Silkmen were knocked out of The FA Cup by Alfreton at the Fourth Qualifying Round stage and will be hoping for better fortunes this time around in The FA Trophy.

Both sides come into the game off the back of 1-1 draws with Alex Bruce’s men drawing at home to Basford United and the hosts away at Rushall Olympic.

The hosts currently sit sixth in the National League North and lost their last home game against Scarborough Athletic last Saturday.
