MATCH PREVIEW: MARSKE UNITED (A)

03 Nov 2023 | Latest News, Match Preview

A new chapter begins at Macclesfield FC this weekend as The Silkmen make the long trip to Marske United with a new management team at the helm.

Alex Bruce takes charge of his first game in Silkmen colours following his appointment as First Team Manager on Monday alongside Phil Bardsley and Paul McGuinness.

The Silkmen come into the game following back-to-back cup victories in The FA Trophy and Cheshire Senior Cup respectively and will be looking to carry on the momentum with the new team in the dugout.

Our opponents, The Seasiders, currently sit in the bottom four but have recently picked up a good run of form with victories over Basford United, Atherton Collieries and Workington during October.
