MATCH PREVIEW: NANTWICH TOWN (H) | EMIRATES FA CUP

26 Sep 2025

Share:

John Rooney’s Silkmen face Nantwich Town on Saturday afternoon at the Leasing.com in the Emirates FA Cup Third Round Qualifying.

Macc head in to this one with a vengeance after a late defeat to Chorley at Victory Park last Saturday and will be looking to take advantage of their superior position to The Dabbers in the non-league pyramid to see them through in to the Third Round Qualifying. However, the Northern Premier League West division side will equally be looking to cause an upset after getting the better of fellow league side Trafford FC in the round prior.

Silkmen fans are encouraged to get behind the lads once more in a bid to equal our Club record progression in the oldest competition in English football to the Fourth Round Qualifying.
