Preview: Ilkeston Town (H)

18 Apr 2025

We are back at the Leasing.com Stadium for our penultimate home game of the season as Ilkeston Town make the journey from Derbyshire.

Robbie Savage’s side have won nine games in a row and will be looking to get another three points closer to breaking Colne Dynamoes 42-game points record and Darlington’s Northern Premier League record of 104 points.

Ilkeston will be hoping to halt the Silkmen’s points record push as they look to make a late run to get into the play-off places.

It was a share of the spoils way back in August when the two sides met as Justin Johnson’s first Silkmen goal was cancelled out by a Tom Cursons equaliser.
