We were delighted to host another successful Business Networking Event in Bar Twenty Seven this morning, in collaboration with North Cheshire Chamber of Commerce.
Representatives of some of the leading entities from the local area were in attendance today, keen to greet prospective clients, learn what was on offer commercially at the Football Club and listen to this week’s guest speakers, Nick Lodge and Alec Ogden from ID Unlimited UK, showcasing their exclusive offering to the Silkmen, our very popular Tap In platform.
Julia from the Chamber of Commerce began the morning by welcoming everyone to the Leasing.com Stadium, to those who regularly attend, and appearing for the first time, who were already deep in conversation at the point of the event formally making a start.
An update was then provided by Will Jones from Macclesfield FC’s Media & Marketing department, discussing all the latest topics, relevant to the business-minded individuals listening eagerly for how they can best support the Club moving forward via the commercial opportunities on offer.
Nick and Alec were then introduced by Will to talk through all-things Tap In, and how the revolutionary service was born exclusively at the Leasing.com Stadium last season, and will be further upgraded ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Those in attendance were treated to an in-depth guide as to how the NFC-based technology operates and benefits all associated with the Club, followed by a number of questions from representatives registering their interest in the future development of the platform.
There was as always, an opportunity for all to mingle once more and form the foundations of all-new business connections and collaborations.
