Macclesfield FC were delighted to announce the signing of winger Isaac Buckley-Ricketts from fellow National League North side Curzon Ashton for an undisclosed fee. Isaac had been on the radar of the club’s recruitment team for several years, with a move to the Leasing.com Stadium finally materialising in May 2025. A product of Manchester City’s Academy, Buckley-Ricketts has represented England at U18, U19 and U20 levels. A pacey, direct winger, Isaac has played in the EFL for Peterborough United and Oxford United. He has since gone on to have standout seasons at Southport and more recently at Warrington Town where he was named in the 22/23 National League North Team of the Season.
