There was an electric atmosphere at The Step Places Stadium on Saturday afternoon, as we contested our Emirates FA Cup First Qualifying Round tie against West Didsbury and Chorlton.
Both sets of fans really got behind their sides and this made for a spectacle that will long live in the memory.
Neil Kengni’s 33rd minute strike sent Danny Whitaker’s side through to the next round and there can be no doubt that we needed every single Silkmen supporter fully behind us in securing the victory.
