CAUGHT ON CAMERA: LONGRIDGE TOWN (A)

Our pre-season campaign got off to the perfect start at Longridge Town on Saturday, as Danny Whitaker’s side claimed a 3 – 1 victory at the Recycling Lives Ground.

Harry Freedman opened the scoring with a pulsating drive into the far corner of the net and our lead was doubled when Harry Bower found space in the area to rifle the ball just inside the near post.

Longridge halved the arrears just before the interval, yet Freedman claimed his second just after the restart to complete the scoring.
