CLUB STATEMENT: INCORRECT TICKET PURCHASING

It has been brought to our attention that some supporters have intentionally purchased tickets in the incorrect category for upcoming fixtures.

Macclesfield FC would like to issue a reminder that intentionally purchasing a ticket in the incorrect category will invalidate said ticket and you will be required to purchase a brand new ticket. Refusal to do so will result in ejection from the Leasing.com Stadium.

Anyone who has purchased a ticket which doesn’t accurately represent the end user should expect to be challenged upon entry to the ground. Checks will be ramped up and be a regular procedure at all upcoming fixtures.

Any supporters who have unintentionally purchased a ticket in the incorrect category and actively wish to amend their selection are invited to contact the Macclesfield FC office team on info@macclesfieldfc.com ahead of the respective fixture for which they have bought a ticket.

To accommodate for and avoid potential delays as a result of these checks upon entry, supporters are urged to arrive early in order to take your seat and/or standing position in advance of kick off.

Macclesfield FC recognise that this does not apply to the majority of supporters, and thank you for your honesty when purchasing tickets.

The Club would like to thank supporters in advance for their co-operation on this matter moving forward as we look to eradicate this issue.
