MATCH PREVIEW: WEST DIDSBURY & CHORLTON V MACCLESFIELD

The Silkmen will be looking to extend their perfect start to the 2022/23 season, as we travel to West Didsbury and Chorlton for our Emirates FA Cup First Qualifying Round tie tomorrow afternoon.

Danny Whitaker’s side come into the clash full of confidence – after securing six victories from the opening six games of the new campaign.

In what proved to be our biggest win to date, Macc claimed an emphatic 5 – 0 victory against Widnes last time out and there can be no doubt that the lads will be looking to secure their safe passage to the next round.

Our hosts currently reside within fifth spot in the NWCFL Premier Division – having amassed twelve points from their opening seven games.

Away victories at Longridge Town and Northwich Victoria have seen them through to the Emirates FA Cup First Qualifying Round and they come into the game after a 2 – 0 victory at Winsford United on Bank Holiday Monday.

TEAM NEWS

Jacob Hanson and Mark Duffy remain doubtful ahead of the tie, yet these are the only known injury concerns that Danny Whitaker has to contend with.
