SHIPSTER SPONSORS MACCLESFIELD FC SHORTS FOR ANOTHER SEASON

20 Jun 2023 | Latest News

Manchester shipping software company, Shipster, will continue as Macclesfield FC shorts and boards sponsor for another season. Since 2022, Shipster has proudly sponsored the club and maintains a strong relationship with the key stakeholders there. After their current season of back-to-back promotions, the Silkmen continue to mature as a team and won the Northern Premier League West Division – something Shipster is proud to be a part of.

The partnership has been built on a long-standing appreciation of the club, particularly since the relaunch of the team in 2020. With fantastic links to the community and a strong mentality to grow and improve, Shipster feels affiliated with the club, highlighting its own ethos and values. Shipster itself has also been on the up this season, after winning Small Business of the Year at the Manchester Evening News Awards, as well as multiple other nominations.

MD & Founder, Tony Cheetham commented: “We’re thrilled to continue sponsoring Macclesfield FC for another season. It’s a privilege to support their journey and be a part of their success.“

Marketing Director, Hayley Cowburn added: “Supporting this amazing club allows us to strengthen our community ties and have some fun! We believe in the power of sports to bring people together and we’ve seen first-hand the benefit that the club has brought to the local area. It’s a wonderful thing to be a part of.”
