SILKMEN SIGN JOE MASON

30 Jun 2022 | Latest News

Macclesfield FC are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Joe Mason, who arrives at the Club after spending last season at NWCFL Premier Division side Burscough.

The 16-year-old came through the youth ranks at Liverpool and spent eight years at Anfield, before being released in the summer of 2020.

Joe then made the move to Burscough, where he broke into their First Team during the 2021/22 campaign – making a string of standout performances during the second half of the season.

We would like to welcome Joe to the Leasing.com Stadium and wish him every success during his time with us.
