Neil Danns take interim charge of the Silkmen side for the very first time this evening, as we face Hyde United in the Cheshire Senior Cup Second Round.
Macc progressed into the Second Round courtesy of an entertaining 4 – 2 victory against Northwich Victoria last month.
The Tigers currently sit in second place within the Northern Premier League – with leaders South Shields leading the way on goal average.
Hyde have accumulated thirty-eight points from their opening twenty-one fixtures and come into the game on the back of a 1 – 1 draw at Whitby Town a fortnight ago.
The Tigers earned their place in the Cheshire Senior Cup Second Round with a 4 – 1 victory against Runcorn Town last month.
TEAM NEWS
Neil Danns is thought to have no new injury concerns ahead of this evening’s clash, with Marcelo Pitaluga the only player definitely out of the game.
