CAUGHT ON CAMERA: NEWCASTLE TOWN (H)

The Silkmen claimed their third successive victory last night, as they secured a 3 – 0 victory against Newcastle Town.

Alex Curran opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, when he clinically headed Neil Danns’ assist back across goal and into the back of the net.

James Berry then added a second in the 66th minute, as he completed a flowing move by firing the ball past Joseph Slinn from six yards out.

Berry went on to claim his eleventh goal of the season in the 81st minute, when he slotted the ball home following a delightful through ball by the innovative Curran.
