The Silkmen extended their lead at the top of the Northern Premier League West Division to three points this afternoon, thanks to a 2 – 1 victory at Glossop North End.
Goals from Neil Danns and Tom Clare proved to be decisive, either side of Jack Hopkins’ 52nd minute strike.
