DIEGO DE GIROLAMO JOINS ON LOAN

Macclesfield FC are delighted to announce the signing of forward Diego De Girolamo on loan from Buxton FC.

Diego joins us until the end of the season from the National League North side and has great experience in the Northern Premier League.

The forward has been at the Bucks since 2018 and has been a part of their journey rising through the leagues to their current stature in the National League North play off places.

De Girolamo was a part of the Buxton squad that won the Northern Premier League back in 2022 under the stewardship of Steve Cunningham and current First-Team Coach Nigel Keogh.

The pacey, powerful centre-forward will add great variety to our forward line and will add to an already strong cohort of attacking options.
